Dr Samantha Mooney is an obstetrician gynaecologist, who is actively pursuing several clinical research interests as an early career researcher. She completed an AGES accredited fellowship in endoscopic gynaecology, and now works between the Mercy Hospital for Women and Joan Kirner, Sunshine Hospital. Sam is involved with several ongoing trials, and has published in the areas of pre-eclampsia, hysteroscopic surgery, endometriosis, and pelvic pain management. Her research interests include endometriosis, adenomyosis and pelvic pain, as well as surgical education. Sam was awarded the Inaugural AGES/Hologic Travelling Fellowship for Hysteroscopic surgery in 2020.
